Alison Bowen (06) is beginning an internship at the New York Daily News on the features desk, after interning over the summer for The New York Times as a reporter for "The Local." Alison is pursuing an M.A. in journalism and Latin American and Caribbean Studies at New York University.

Margaret Francois (09) interned for Essence magazine in New York after completing the World Journalism Institute’s New York Convergence Course last May. Margaret is finishing her last semester at the University of Florida.

Brian Godawa (WJI speaker 03-04) has written a second book entitled Word Pictures: Knowing God Through Story and Imagination, in addition to a his recently updated and expanded version of his first book Hollywood Worldviews, which includes more movies from recent years, expanded and new chapters, a movie index, and a foreword by Ralph Winter, the producer of blockbusters like X-Men and Wolverine.

Dan Wooding (WJI speaker 02-04)'s new book God’s Ambassadors in Japan: The Kenny and Lila Joseph Story, tells the story of missionaries who spent over fifty years serving in Japan.
