LaShawn Barber


La Shawn Barber is a part-time freelance writer whose work has appeared in Today’s Christian Woman, Washington Times, Washington Post, Philadelphia Inquirer, St. Louis Post-Dispatch and other publications. She’s been published online at Jewish World Review, Accuracy in Media, and other sites. One of her feature articles appeared recently on National Review Online. She aspires to be a full-time freelance writer.

In July 2004, La Shawn was on a discussion panel with Star Parker for Conservative University 2004, a conference sponsored by Accuracy in Academia. She also spoke at a women’s retreat to share her testimony, which appeared in the May/June 2003 issue of Today's Christian Woman. La Shawn has also been a guest on a number of radio shows.
